Hypnotherapy For ADHD

If a busy mind, focus and overwhelm feel like a daily battle, hypnosis can help you find some calm.

At The Hypnosis Clinic, we work with a growing number of clients — diagnosed and undiagnosed — looking for extra support with focus, overwhelm and a busy, ADHD-style mind. If “just focus” has never felt like helpful advice, you’re certainly not alone.

Hypnotherapy is not a treatment or cure for ADHD, and it isn’t a substitute for a proper diagnosis or NICE-recommended care. But used alongside those things, many people find it a genuinely useful tool for the day-to-day challenges of a racing mind, procrastination and overwhelm.

Hypnosis can help you find an easier way to make the changes you want. We work together as a team; hypnotist and client, to find the most effective route to more focus, more calm, and better sleep.

Today could be the start of a calmer, more focused mind.

About Jonathan Garside, Hypnotherapist in London

Hello, I’m Jonathan Garside. To find out more about how hypnotherapy for ADHD-related challenges can support you, book an appointment.

We work with clients managing every kind of ADHD-related challenge, from focus and procrastination, to overwhelm, racing thoughts and sleep. Whatever feels like it’s taking over, we can help you feel more in charge.

At your initial free consultation, you can ask all the questions you want about how hypnotherapy can help you, and it gives us the opportunity to find out more about your goals and to plan a strategy that works. It is at this stage that we can work out how many sessions you will need.

Generally, I see most people for 2-4 sessions and the cost is £250 per one hour session. However, that reduces to £225 per hour when you buy a package of four sessions, saving you £100.

ADHD is far more common — and far more under-recognised — than most people assume. NHS England estimates that around 2.5 million people in England have ADHD, including many without a formal diagnosis. If any of this sounds familiar and you haven’t been assessed, it’s always worth starting with your GP — a diagnosis can open the door to structured, evidence-based support, and organisations like ADHD UK have excellent guidance on the diagnostic pathway.

We understand that ADHD-style minds come in many different forms; what’s easy to manage for one person may feel impossible for another. That’s why the support we offer is unique to you.

It’s just one of the reasons that makes us different: we take time to listen and find out what fuels your overwhelm, and what the positive rewards will be in your life as a result of feeling calmer and more in control.

From here, we progress, step-by-step, through hypnotherapy for ADHD, to find and build the calm, focus and confidence for you to feel more in charge of your day. For now, and the rest of your longer, happier, healthier life.

Of course, this may be all new to you, so have a look at some of the comments other people have been kind enough to write below.

Of course, change takes time, and to help the process, you may opt to have a specially recorded hypnotic programme to take away and use at home.

Tailor made to your exact needs, the 20 minute audio recording comes on a high quality memory drive for you to use in your own home.

The cost of each programme is £150.

Now is the time to make the permanent changes you want to give you a happier and healthier life.
